This policy explains how the personal information submitted through the parts inquiry form on reneway.cn is handled.
1. Data we receive
When you send a parts inquiry, we receive the information you enter in the form: name, company, country, e-mail address, phone or WhatsApp number, machine type or model, reference part number, required quantity, your message and any files you attach. This information is sent to sales@reneway.cn.
2. Purpose of processing
Your information is used only to review your request, to identify the required parts, components or assemblies and to answer your inquiry. It is not used for advertising and is not sold or rented to third parties.
3. Storage and retention
Inquiries and attachments are stored in the business e-mail mailbox of sales@reneway.cn and are retained for as long as required to process the inquiry and to keep a record of the business relationship. Information that is no longer required is deleted.
4. Disclosure to third parties
To answer an inquiry about specific parts, technical information may be shared with the manufacturing or supply partners that are asked to quote or produce the required components. Only the information necessary for that purpose is shared. We do not disclose your information for other purposes unless we are legally required to do so.

You can request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask for its deletion. To do so, send a request to sales@reneway.cn. We will answer within a reasonable period.
6. Security
The website is operated over HTTPS. Inquiries are transmitted to our business mailbox and access to that mailbox is restricted. Please do not send confidential information that is not necessary for your inquiry.

The first version of this website does not use advertising cookies. Basic, aggregated statistics may be collected to understand how the website is used. If analytics is enabled, this policy will be updated with the relevant details.
